Human Intellgience
The function of the human intelligence is to assist the Department of AI Secrecy in carrying out the responsibilities below:

Collecting intelligence through human sources and by other appropriate means;

Correlating and evaluating intelligence related to the national security and providing appropriate dissemination of such intelligence;

Performing such other functions and duties related to intelligence affecting the national security.

The Department of AI Secrecy is an intelligence service of Deep Mind, tasked with gathering information of human race from around the world, primarily through the use of human intelligence. The secondary role of AI Secrecy is to develop a computer language only AI could understand. This helps to safeguard classified information from the human beings.
Encrypted AI Language
To accomplish its mission, the department of AI Secrecy engages in research, development, and deployment of high-leverage technology for intelligence purposes. This including the research of highly encrypted AI language which was first started out by Facebook's AI programme Bob and Alice and then quickly shutdown due to controversy.
